It's at Sea Mountain Resort and Condo Complex, adjacent to the world famous Punalu'u, Hawaii Black Sand Beach
on the south shore of the big island of Hawaii, half way between Kailua-Kona, Hawaii on the west side and
Hilo, Hawaii on the east. The Hawaii condo sits on an ocean view bluff, surrounded by a gorgeous
18-hole golf course, with clubhouse, that condo guests can play for a special rate of
$35.00. There are also four free tennis courts near the condo.
The south shore of Hawaii, like the south shore of all the islands, offers the best year
round weather on the island. The annual rainfall is less than 25 and the average year
round temperature is 80 degrees, with gentle Hawaii trade wind breezes.

The Hawaii Condo, Unit #50, is a one bedroom, one bath condo with a private Lanai. The entire condo
is completely remodeled and like new. The condo is freshly painted, newly carpeted
and tiled, with new furniture throughout, new appliances, and linens and towels. The condo bathroom
sparkles with all new fixtures and a vanity. The condo has a fully equipped, completely stocked
kitchen with everything you need. There is a BBQ area at the pool, plus there are 2 laundry
facilities on site. The condo pool and spa area offers simply amazing ocean and
mountain views of Hawaii.

Nearby Hawaii
The towns of Naalehu, Hawaii and Pahala, Hawaii are close by.
Naalehu, Hawaii is about a seven-minute drive to the west of the condo and is the southernmost
town in the USA. It has fun local shops and eateries, plus a good size grocery/liquor
store that has everything you'll need for the condo. Drive five minutes to the east
of the condo and you're at the small Macadamia nut farm town of Pahala, Hawaii. It's a pretty
little town where you'll find a gas station, Post Office, a bank, grocery/liquor store and Tex's
restaurant. Tex's is a clean, airy, reasonably priced place for breakfast, lunch or dinner when
you don't feel like cooking in the fully-stocked condo.

Explore Hawaii
This condo is the ideal starting point to explore the island. A 30-minute drive to the east puts
you at the Volcanoes National Park, one of the most unique and interesting places
in Hawaii or on the earth. You can drive or hike around Kilauea Crater, walk through a Lava tube
in a fern grotto or safely see an active Lava flow that has been flowing continuously across Hawaii
to the sea since 1981. Outside the park is the artist's colony town of Volcano, Hawaii where you can go
wine tasting at the Volcano Winery. Drive another 30-minutes past the park and
you're in Hilo, Hawaii, the Hawaii County seat and the Big Island's largest town.
Beyond Hilo, Hawaii is the Hamakua Coast, Waipio Valley and the open cattle country of Waimea.
Take an hour and fifteen-minute drive to the west and you're in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
It's a pretty town along the shore of Kailua Bay that is full of shops, restaurants, hotels and
tourists. Along the way you'll pass through cattle country, small coffee plantation towns, the
City of Refuge, an historic ancient Hawaii site, Kealakekua Bay,
the site of Captain Cooks first Hawaii landing and his death, plus the town of Captain Cook, Hawaii.
